This session will explore ways to integrate all forms of direct marketing into your development plan. We will look at social media, direct mail and telefundraising statistics and what these numbers really mean for your organization. This session will provide strategy on ways to capitalize on social media, e-mail solicitation, text message solicitation and phone solicitation for your non-profit.

· An understanding of creating and maintaining social media accounts to allow donors to tell their stories, share news, inform followers of events and keep everyone engaged and connected.
